Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

3. To Whom and for What Purposes May Processed Personal Data Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, company officials, shareholders, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law, for the purposes of ensuring that our business units carry out the necessary work to enable you to benefit from the products and services offered by our company; that the products and services offered by our company are customized and recommended to you according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs; ensuring the legal and commercial security of our company and third parties in business relationships with our companies (administrative operations related to communication conducted by our company, ensuring the physical security and control of company locations, partner/customer/supplier (authorized or employee) evaluation processes, reputational research processes, legal compliance processes, audits, financial affairs, etc.); determining and implementing our company's commercial and business strategies; and ensuring the implementation of our company's human resources policies.
